Sunday, April 12 – 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (registration open from February 27 to March 8)

Sunday, June 14 – 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm (registration open from April 30 to May 10)

Sunday, September 6 – 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm (registration open from July 17 to July 26)

Sunday, October 25 – 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (registration open from September 11 to September 20)

Sunday, December 13 – 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (registration open from October 30 to November 8)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. To take part in the selection process, applicants must complete the form on the website by the specified deadlines.

2. Within two days of the application deadline, the names of the selected participants will be published on Facebook. Within three days of the deadline, selected participants will receive an email notification.

3. No email will be sent to applicants who are not selected.

4. Each participant must comply with these regulations.

5. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.

6. Booth assignments will be determined by a random draw, which will be video recorded.

REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION FEE

8. The participation fee for each edition of the market exhibition is €80 (VAT included), to be paid to the association’s bank account by bank transfer by the date indicated in the email sent to selected participants.

9. Exhibitors will not be refunded if the event cannot take place due to bad weather and/or force majeure beyond the organizers’ control.

10. If an exhibitor withdraws from the event after paying the participation fee, no refund will be issued.

EVENT ORGANIZATION

11. Each exhibitor must provide their own table, seating, and umbrella.

12. Electricity will not be available.

13. Gazebos are not permitted.

14. Designated loading/unloading areas will be available; exhibitors may park their vehicles only for the time strictly necessary for setting up and dismantling their stands.

15. At the end of the event, each exhibitor is responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the day.

16. The event will take place not only in Piazza Barbacan, but also in Piazza Arco di Riccardo, Piazzetta San Silvestro, and the Medaglie d’Oro stairways.

17. Participation is open to VAT-registered professionals and hobbyists.

18. Each stand must represent a single brand. Sharing space is not permitted.

19. Concept stores are not allowed to participate; only direct producers are admitted.

20. The space available to each exhibitor is 2.0 m x 1.5 m.

Si rappresenta che i dati personali acquisiti direttamente dagli interessati tramite la Domanda di Ammissione alla mostra mercato "Barbacan Produce" verranno utilizzati esclusivamente per consentire lo svolgimento delle procedure concernenti la manifestazione suddetta. In ogni caso si autorizza al trattamento dei dati personali in base al D.Lgs 196/03.
